99 Church Road is the perfect example of what Waste of Space offers to empty shop owners.  We painted, cleaned and shifted existing units to make the space an inviting and useable property for artists and designers to show off their work.  This makeover also helps enable visitors to see the potential of the building in different contexts, as well as making it clean, safe and, most importantly, increasing the number of people coming into the space with new ideas and enthusiasm.  On top of all this, a meanwhile lease of 6 weeks minimum gives the owners three months business rate relief whilst they try and find new owners/tenants.
